Pablo Guerrero V. is co-managing partner and heads the Mergers and Acquisition and Financing practice of Barros & Errazuriz Abogados, a top tier Chilean law firm. He specializes in M&A, capital markets, securities, foreign investment, and international business transactions generally. Dr. Guerrero graduated from Catholic University of Chile Law School, and has a Master of Comparative Jurisprudence from New York University Law School. He worked in with LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP, New York, in 1995 and with Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering, Washington, DC, between 1995 and 1996. Dr. Guerrero is Professor of Commercial Law at the Catholic University Law School. He is a founder and current President of Fundación Pro Bono.
Margarita Oliva Sainz de Aja is an International Partner at Chadbourne & Parke LLP. She advises corporations and financial institutions on financings and commercial transactions across Latin America, for general bank finance and capital markets transactions. She specializes in project finance, representing multilateral agencies, commercial financial institutions, ECAs and sponsors to structure multi-jurisdictional infrastructure and energy transactions. In Chile, Ms. Oliva has represented Chilean and international companies, and lenders, in energy and infrastructure transactions on solar, traditional power, transport infrastructure, desalinization plants and other finance transactions. She has a Law Degree from the Universidad de Granada in Spain and a Masters of Law from Harvard Law School.
Ignacio Inda is a structured finance professional advising clients on financing and restructuring renewable energy, conventional power, transportation, infrastructure, oil and gas and water transactions. At Mizuho Bank in New York, he is in charge of power and infrastructure project finance transactions in Latin America. He previously worked at RBS/ABN Amro in London, on acquisition financings and EC-covered project financings in the oil and gas and infrastructure sectors. Later, he worked at BBVA in Madrid and New York, in charge of power and renewables
project and acquisition financings in Chile, and other Latin American countries, responsible for corporate and project workouts, restructured transactions in transportation, infrastructure, renewables and oil and gas. Mr. Inda has a Master in International Finance & Business from Columbia University, and a MSc/BSc from Universidad Pontificia Comilla's ICAI School of Industrial Engineering (Madrid).
