Senior partner at the law firm of Grasty Quintana Majlis. Michael is a senior lawyer and businessman based in South America. He founded the law firm of Grasty Quintana Majlis in 1987 and is currently its Senior Partner. Aside from his activities as legal advisor to many different national and international companies, Mr. Grasty acts as director of Sparta Deportes, David del Curto S.A., BanTattersall, Tattersal Leasing, Fundación Caserta, and Fundación Meri,, and is also a member of Fundación Pais Digital, Circulo Legal de Icare, Councilor of the Chile California Council, and the Beachheads Advisory Board of New Zealand Trade and Enterprise.   
 
JUAN TURNER
 
 Juan is Managing  Partner of Grasty Quintana Majlis, a Chilean leading law firm. His legal experience includes general corporate practice, M&A transactions, financing and capital markets, and he has represented foreign investors acquiring and setting up their businesses in Chile, as well as issuers and underwriters in debt and equity offerings in the domestic and international markets. Juan worked as an international attorney at Milbank Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP in New York. He has a law degree from the Catholic University of Chile and a Master of Law Degree from the University of Chicago.
